Thursday saw the Panthers take on the Yellowjackets of Greenville in a non-league match up. After dropping the opening game of the doubleheader CP bounced back to take the night cap by a score of 5-2, earning a split on the night. Chase Brown picked up the win throwing a complete game while striking out 3 along the way. Chase also helped his own cause at the plate with a double and one RBI. Anthony Wright lead the offense with 2 hits including a double and an RBI. CP will return to the diamond next week, taking on league leading Allendale in a OK Blue 3 game series starting Tuesdy at home.
